- I will use your personal information to invoice you for the services pursuant to the contract between you and myself;

- To deliver educational services to your child;
- To protect the welfare of your child;
- To store the information on the chosen management information system;
- I will use the information you provide as is necessary to provide you with the information and services that you request from us. For example, I will provide education services to your child and will use personal data where necessary to deliver these services. I will also use your personal information to invoice you for the services pursuant to the contract between you and myself. I will also require a certain amount of personal information about you and your child at the pre-contract enquiry and application stage;
- To keep an attendance register;
- To keep a record of pupil files and provide an annual written report on pupil progress and attainment, which will be shared with the school pupil attends;
- The information you provided will no longer be kept once the lesson has been terminated, except where that information is legally required to be retained.
